G. Massad called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

MOTION: Motion made by T. Conderino, seconded by V. Ebersole, to approve the
November 12, 2024 meeting minutes.

MOTION: Motion made by T. Conderino, seconded by K. Barnett, to approve the
November 12, 2024 special meeting minutes.
VOTE: 5-0
MOTION: Motion made by K. Barnett, seconded by V. Ebersole, to approve the
November 14, 2024 special meeting minutes.
VOTE: 5-0

MOTION: Motion made by T. Bleasdale, seconded by V. Ebersole to approve the FY
2023-2024 Planning and Zoning Commission Annual Report.

Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Proposed Budget
MOTION: Motion made by T. Conderino, seconded by T. Bleasdale to approve the
proposed FY 2025-2026 Planning and Zoning Commission Proposed Budget.
