Bleasedale, K. Petrini Members Absent: N. Giansanti Alternates Present: B. Chenard Alternates Absent: J. DiBuono Staff Present: A. Piersall, AICP, Planning Director; M. Wujtewicz, Planner, K. Kotfer, Recording Secretary 1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES Chairman Massad called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. B. Chenard was seated for N. Giansanti. 2. Presentation from prospective consultant for the Plan of Conservation and Development. The Commission listened to a presentation by FHI Studio on their proposal to update the Town of Waterford’s Plan of Conservation and Development. 3. ADJOURNMENT MOTION: Motion made by T. Bleasedale, seconded by K. Barnett, to adjourn the meeting at 6:27 PM. VOTE: 5-0 Respectfully Submitted, Katrina Kotfer Recording Secretary
