The November 10, 2020 Special Meeting of the Education Standing Committee of the RTM was
called to order by Chairperson Danielle Steward-Gelinas at 7:02pm

MOTION by Michael Rocchetti seconded by Valerie Metivier to approve the minutes from the
October 28, 2020 meeting
VOTING IN FAVOR:
AGENDA ITEM SA; Restoration/Use of Nevin’s Cottage
Extensive discussion about historical restoration vs. other options.
AGENDA ITEM 5B: Social Justice
Reviewed letters submitted to the RTM at the 10/5/2020 RTM meeting. Will request presence
of First Selectman and Superintendent of Schools at next committee meeting.
