Minutes: Vote to accept minutes of July 9 regular meeting tabled.
Vote to accept minutes of july30 Special Meeting: Motion by P. Crotty,
seconded by E. Olynciw.
Voting in favor: Unanimous.
Waterford Historic Properties: Ongoing Maintenance: O’Neill reported no
news regarding spec’s or an estimate from the town Public Works Director.
Waterford Historical Society: No report.
Nevins Cottage: O’Neill recapped the September4th Public Hearing and
approval of the Friends of Nevins application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness. i
