The December 16, 2025 Special Meeting of the Long Range Financial Planning Committee was
called to order by Chairperson Glenn Patterson at 6:01 P.M. The Chair paused the start of the
meeting to obtain a quorum. A quorum was established at 6:21 P.M.
ROLL CALL
Present: Glenn Patterson, Ursula Moreshead, Marcia Benvenuti, Lindsay Khan, JoAnna
Bennett, Superintendent Thomas Giard
Absent: Christina Jessuck, Jim Bartelli, Robert Tuneski, First Selectman Robert Brule,
Finance Director Kim Allen
Also Attending: Town Clerk David L. Campo

None
AGENDA ITEM 4: To consider and act upon scheduling a meeting in the first quarter of
2026.
MOTION by Benvenuti, seconded by Bennett, to set February 24, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. as
the first quarter meeting of 2026.

MOTION by Benvenuti, seconded by Moreshead to adjourn at 6:25 P.M.
