Minutes: Motion to accept minutes of November 12,2024 regular meeting

Voting in favor: Unanimous.
Waterford Historic Properties: Ongoing Maintenance: O’Neill reported on
spec's from the town Public Works Director for the Park House chimney
work.
Waterford Historical Society: No report.
Nevins Cottage: O’Neill described a Nevins Cottage walk through with the
Director of Planning and members of the Friends of Nevins.
Eugene O'Neill Theater Center: No report.
Cemeteries: Neglected Cemetery Grant discussed. O'Neill reported on
discussions with First Selectman and Director of Public Works about brush
pickup and tree trimming. ,
Demolition Notices: 22 Jordan Cove Circle and the Tech Shed at the O’Neill
Center were noted. bs
