Voting in favor: Unanimous
Waterford Historic Properties Updates: J. O’Neill reported being updated regarding planned work on the
Jordan Park House. No action to date; regarding attention to tree issue at the Wheeler Cemetery (not
owned by the Town of Waterford). No action to date. ”
Waterford Historical Society Happenings: D. Walters reported on current programming ane by the
Society through the summer season.
Nevins Cottage: No report.
Eugene O’Neill Theater Center: J. O”Neill reported that he and M: Tucker will be meeting wait the
O'Neill staff to discuss the windows in the mansion. (replace/repair)
Cemeteries: J. O'Neill reported that the cemetery group received a state grant from a Neglected -
Cemeteries Fund for $8,000, which they are using to care for the grounds‘at several cemeteries.

E. Olynciw reported that her work on the history of Waterford’s cemeteries, is being prepared for
publication by Mark Olynciw.
