mooring tagging and intent to dispose of previously pulled mooring gear 
• Reauthorize the payment of stipends to Harbor Master ($60/hour) and Deputy 
Harbor Master ($50/hour) for time on the water tagging and pulling moorings.   
• Authorize payment to Rich Miller
