Harbor Management Commission - Minutes - 03/01/2023

MINUTES
HARBOR MANAGEMENT COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING-
Wednesday, March 1, 2023
Present: Commissioners Jane Adams, Robert DeRosa, Robert
Dutton, Fred Wise, and John Jamroga.
Absent: John Hughes (alternate), Joseph Buths Jr., James Hamsher,
Greg Crocker (alternate) Harbor Master David Crocker, and Deputy
Harbor Master Richard Miller
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm and a quorum
established.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Approval of the minutes
Motion by Mr. Dutton, seconded by Mr. Wise to approve the
minutes of the January 4, 2023 regular meeting, all in favor,
motion passed.
Harbor Masters Report - None
Correspondence- Items of correspondence were discussed.
Applications-
The dock application for Krebs at 15 Division Street was approved.
Motion by Mr. Wise, seconded by Mr. Dutton to find the dock
application to be consistent with the Harbor Management Plan, all
in favor, motion passed.

Old Business-
The removal of H.S Plaut Environmental from the list of approved
marine contractors for 2023 was discussed with Mr. Harry Plaut
present and reaffirmed with the commission members.
New Business-
There was discussion of the Waterford Plan of Conservation and
Development https://www.planwaterford.com/

Adjourn
There being no further business to come before the Commission,
and upon motion by Mr. Dutton, seconded Mr. Jamroga, the
meeting was adjourned at 6:32 p.m.
