ETHICS COMMISION REGULAR MEETING MINUTES APRIL 5, 2022 Members Present: Betsy Ritter, Alternate Marty Zeldis Laurie Wolfley Naomi Mendelovicz, Alternate Laurie Kerp Alexa Massad Adam Stone 1. CALL TO ORDER. The April 5, 2022 Regular Meeting of the Ethics Commission was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Chairlady Ritter. 2. INTRODUCTION OF NEW MEMBERS. The members introduced themselves. 3. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 1, 2022 MEETING MINUTES. MOTION (1): Laurie Wolfley moved to approve the February 1, 2022 Special Meeting of the Ethics Commission, as presented. Seconded by Marty Zeldis. Ms. Mendelovicz, Ms. Kerp, Ms. Massad and Mr. Stone abstained from voting. (3-0-4) Motion carried. 4. REVIEW OF GENERAL PROCEDURES OF THE COMMISSION •Ordinances. Ms. Ritter reviewed the Ordinances with the Commission. •Role of Alternates. Ms. Ritter discussed the role of alternates. •Calendar of Required Meetings. General Procedures. Ms. Ritter reviewed the calendar of required meetings. 5. REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE. Ms. Ritter received the Ethic Commission’s budget information and informed the Commission the budgeted amount for the year is $850. 6. OLD BUSINESS. There was no discussion of old business. 7. NEW BUSINESS. There was no discussion of new business. 8. DATE FOR NEXT MEETING. The next regularly scheduled meeting of this Commission will be held on July 5, 2022 at 7 p.m. via Zoom. 9. ADJOURNMENT. MOTION (2): Ms. Wolfley moved to adjourn the April 5, 2022 Ethics Commission Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Stone. (7-0) unanimous.
