Waterford Ethics Commission Special Meeting Minutes March 1, 2023 The meeting was called to order at 7:02PM by Chair Betsy Ritter. Members present were: Betsy Ritter, Adam Stone, Alexa Massad, Laurie Wolfley, Chris Nailon, and Paul Helvig. Motion: Adam Stone moved the meetinig to an Executive Session for the Purpose of examining old Commission records. Seconded by Alex:‘a Massad. (6-0) Unanimous. No motions were made during the Executive Session. The meeting returned from Executive Session at 8:10PM. Motion: Adam Stone moved to adjourn the Special Meeting at 8:15PM.
