Harbor Management Plan Sub-Committee Meeting Minutes
Wednesday, March 5, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.
Louise Applebee Conference Room
Town Hall
1. Establish a Quorum and Call the Meeting to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present were Harbor Management Commission members Arfi,
Porter and Wise. Absent was Commissioner Bunnell.
2. Appoint a Chairperson for the Sub-Committee
It was the consensus of the Sub-Committee members to appoint
Commissioner Porter as the Chairman for the Sub-Committee.
3. Review and Discuss the Existing Harbor Management Plan to
Make Recommendations for Updating the Plan and to Forward the
Recommendations to the Waterford Harbor Management
Commission for Discussion.
Discussions were held regarding the objective of the sub-committee
and the background of the prior plan. It was agreed that each
member of the sub-committee review the existing plan, and that the
sub-committee meet again on March 18th at 5:30 p.m. to discuss
observations and any recommendations for amendments to the
current plan.
4. Adjournment
There being nothing further to discuss the meeting adjourned at
6:40 p.m.
