Harbor Management Plan Sub-Committee
Meeting Minutes of April 2, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.
Louise Applebee Conference Room – Town Hall
1 Call to Order and Establish a Quorum
Chairman Porter called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. after
establishing a quorum.
Present were Commissioners Porter, Wise and Arfi.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of the March 18, 2025, Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Commissioner Arfi, seconded by Commissioner
Wise to approve the March 18, 2025 meeting minutes as filed. All
in favor, motion carried.
4. Review and Discuss the Existing Harbor Management
Commission Plan to Make Recommendations for Updating the Plan
and to Forward all Recommendations to the Waterford Harbor
Management Commission for Discussion.
The Commissioners reviewed and discussed pages 17-25 of the
existing Harbor Management Commission Plan. Commissioner Wise
will request from the Harbor Master copies of any known water use
maps that could support the subcommittee’s review of the Harbor
Management plan.
The Commission will meet again on May 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. to
continue with the Plan review. The Sub-Committee will continue to
forward and discuss their recommendations for updating the Plan at
the regular Harbor Management Commission meetings until the
review is completed.

5. Adjournment
There being nothing further to discuss the meeting of the Harbor
Management Commission Subcommittee adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
