Town of Waterford Harbor Management Commission
Harbor Management Plan Sub-Committee
Meeting Minutes of May 7, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.
Louise Applebee Conference Room – Town Hall
1. Call to Order and Establish a Quorum
Present were Commissioners Arfi and Porter. Absent was
Commissioner Wise.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of the April 2, 2025, Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Commissioner Arfi, seconded by Commissioner
Porter to approve the April 2, 2025, meeting minutes as filed. All in
favor, motion carried.
4. Review and Discuss the Existing Harbor Management
Commission Plan to Make Recommendations for Updating the Plan
and to Forward all Recommendations to the Waterford Harbor
Management Commission for Discussion.
The Commission members reviewed the document and made edit
suggestions as they went along page by page. They will continue to
review as a team to make suggestions where they see necessary to
do so and to forward the corrections and the suggested amendments
to the Commission at its next regularly scheduled meeting.
5. Adjournment
The Commission members adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m. The
next meeting to review the Plan will immediately follow the
regularly scheduled Harbor Management Commission meeting on

June 4, 2025.
