Harbor Management Commission - Minutes - 12/02/2020

MINUTES
                        HARBOR MANAGEMENT COMMISSION
                               REGULAR MEETING
                 ZOOM Meeting - Wednesday, December 2, 2020


Present:    Commissioners Jane Adams, Robert DeRosa, Jim Hamsher, Eva
           Bunnell, Philip Fine, Fred Wise (alternate) and Harbor Master
           David Crocker.

Absent:     Robert Dutton, Bryan Lynch, Greg Crocker (alternate) and Deputy
           Harbor Master Richard Miller

1.    The meeting was called to order at 5:01 pm and quorum established.
    Fred Wise will be the voting alternate for the meeting in Brian Lynchs’
    absence.

2.   The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

3.   Approval of the minutes
      Motion by Mr. Fine, seconded by Mr. Wise to approve the minutes of
   the October 7, 2020 regular zoom meeting, motion passed, vote 6-0.

4.    Harbor Masters Report
      a)  Mike Theiler of Jeanette T. Fisheries will soon be pulling tagged
   derelict moorings.

5.    Correspondence – None

6.  Applications –
       a)  The COP application received from Docko Inc. for 22 New Shore
Road was discussed.

7.  Old Business –
      a) Commissioners discussed changes to the 2021 forms for mooring and
   pulley pole applications and inspections.  Ms. Tinker will complete all
   corrections/edits and send revised to the commissioners along with the
   2021 cover letter.
      b)  Commissioners will continue to explore the establishment of a
   mooring field.
      c)  Mr. Fine noted that efforts to have the Town include a simple,
   one-step link to the GIS maps of the Harbor on the WHMC web page were as
   yet to no avail but were ongoing.

8.  New Business –  None

9.    Adjourn
      There being no further business to come before the Commission, and
   upon motion by
      Mr. DeRose, seconded by Mr. Fine, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00
   p.m.
