MINUTES Waterford Ethics Commission Special Meeting Thursday, August 10, 2023 Waterford Town Hall, 7PM Board of Education Conference Room The meeting was called to order at 7:02PM by the Chair, Betsy Ritter. Members present were Adam Stone and Paul Helvig. Motion was made by Adam Stone, seconded by Paul Helvig, to move to an Executive Session to continue examination of records from previous years. Passed unanimously. The Executive Session ended at 8:16. No motions were made in the session or immediately afterwards. Motion to adjourn was made at 8:17 by Paul Helvig, seconded by Adam Stone.
