Flood & Erosion Control Board Regular Meeting Minutes May 23, 2022 Present: Baird Welch-Collins (Chair) Chris Callahan George Harran Alexander Kuvalanka (Treasurer) Absent: Jennifer Kohl (Vice Chair) 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Welch-Collins called the Regular Meeting of May 23, 2022 to order at 7:00 pm. 2. SITE WALK: Members present conducted a site walk at Waterford Beach Park for the purposes of observing and documenting erosion at and around Alewife Cove. 3. ADJOURNMENT: Mr. Harran moved to adjourn the Flood & Erosion Control Board May 23, 2022 Meeting at 8:15 pm. Seconded by Mr. Callahan. (4-0) Unanimous. Respectfully submitted, Baird Welch-Collins
