FLOOD & EROSION CONTROL BOARD SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 9, 2022 VIA ZOOM Present: Jennifer Kohl, Acting Chairlady George Harran Chris Callahan CALL TO ORDER. Ms. Kohl called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. VOTE ON 24FY BUDGET. The Board reviewed the draft 2024 Fiscal Year Budget. MOTION (1): Mr. Callahan moved to approve the 2024 Flood & Erosion Control Budget in the amount of $2,138. Seconded by Mr. Harran. (3-0) Unanimous. ADJOURNMENT. MOTION (2): Mr. Harran moved to adjourn the December 9, Special Meeting Minutes of the Flood & Erosion Control Board at 5:03 p.m. Seconded by Mr. Callahan. (3-0) Unanimous.
