Special Meeting via Zoom

Trustees present: E. Boyce, L. Couture, B. Kyne, J. Lehet, J. Merrill, G. Ritter, A. 
Robarge, A. Rosenberg, A. Simpson.  Also present, C. Johnson, Library Director. 
 
Not present: N. Dragoli, C. Giordano. 
 
1.  A quorum was established and President M. Furey-Wagner called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m. 
 
2.  There was no Public Comment. 
 
3.  FY27 Town Budget Submission 
 
A motion was made by A. Simpson and seconded by B. Kyne to accept the revised 
Town Budget to be submitted. 
 
A good discussion ensued.   
a. Under Budget Function current Board contributions, a revision to: Furniture and 
equipment and special projects as determined by the Board of Trustees. 
b.  A note to be added at the end of the list.  Over the past 10 years, the Library 
Board of Trustees Endowment has contributed $(total) to the Library Budget. 
c.  The 2.5% raises are included in the Town Budget. 
d. J. Lehet’s report will be summarized and handed out as a 1 page Executive 
Summary at Board of Selectmen and Board of Finance hearings. 
 
A vote was taken.  All in favor, none against, no abstentions.  The Town Budget 
was approved unanimously as amended. 
 
4.  FY27 Endowment Budget 
 
A motion was made by J. Merrill, and seconded by A. Simpson to accept the 
Endowment Budget to be submitted.  There was no discussion.   
 
A vote for approval was taken.  All in favor, none against, no abstentions.  The 
Endowment Budget was approved unanimously as presented. 
 
6.  Adjournment 
A motion was made by A. Simpson, seconded by J. Merrill, to adjourn.  A vote was 
taken.  All in favor, none against, no abstentions. The meeting adjourned at 6:02 
p.m..
