Harbor Management Plan Sub-Committee
Meeting Minutes of June 4, 2025 – 6:00 p.m.
Police Station Training Room
1. Call to Order and Establish a Quorum
Commissioner Porter called the meeting to order after establishing a
quorum.
Present were Commissioners Porter and Arfi. Absent was
Commissioner Wise.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of the May 7, 2025, Meeting Minutes
Motion made by Commissioner Arfi, seconded by Commissioner
Porter to approve the May 7, 2025, meeting minutes as file. All in
favor, motion carried.
4. Review and Discuss the Existing Harbor Management
Commission Plan to Make Recommendations for Updating the Plan
and to Forward all Recommendations to the Waterford Harbor
Management Commission for Discussion.
The Commissioners reviewed the recommended changes they have
made to date and will contact Commissioner Wise to determine if
he will be available for input with the final review of the Plan
scheduled for immediately after the Commissions July meeting.
5. Adjournment
There being nothing further to discuss the meeting adjourned at
6:30 p.m.
