Minutes: Motion by P. Crotty, seconded by M. Guarneri, to accept the minutes of
the Regular Meeting of January 9, 2024.
Voting in favor: Unanimous
Motion by D. Walters, seconded by P. Crotty, to accept the minutes of
the Annual Meeting of November 14, 2023.
Voting in favor: Unanimous
Election of Treasurer: Motion by J. O’Neill, seconded by J. Pezzolesi, to elect
Eileen Olynciw Treasurer.
Voting in favor: Unanimous
Waterford Historic Properties Updates: J. O'Neill reported that Town Planner,
Jonathan Mullen, who had accepted his invitation to attend this meeting, had a
scheduling conflict. He will be invited to attend the May meeting to update work
planned for these properties.
