t. CALL TO ORDER/APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
A quorum was established and E. Lusher called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - November 10, 2022 Meeting
MOTION: Motion made by E. Lusher, seconded by G. Russo, to approve the minutes
of the November 10, 2022 meeting.
VOTE: 5-0
3. REVIEW OF SMALL BUSINESS GRANT AWARD STATUS:
M. Wujtewicz updated the Commission on the grant awards. He stated that the checks have
been after all of the awardees had submitted the required paperwork. He noted that the
Commission had a series of follow-up questions and notes on potential areas of improvement
that were generated by BR Visionary Consulting for the Commission to consider when
implementing the second cohort of the grant. The Commission will review and discuss the
items at the next EDC meeting in January.
4. REVIEW OF THE PROPOSED 2024 BUDGET
The Commission reviewed the Fiscal Year 2024 draft budget that was given to them at the
previous meeting.
MOTION: Motion made by E. Aledia and seconded by G. Attanasio to approve the
draft FY 2024 Economic Development Commission budget.
VOTE: 5-0
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Motion made by G. Attanasio and seconded by L. Sollima to adjourn the
meeting at 5:50.
