1. Establishment of a quorum and call to order:
A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 7:00 pm,
March 8, 2021.
2. Public comment: A letter from Chief Vincent Ukleja of the Quaker Hill Fire
Department was read into the minutes.
3. Standing Motion: was made by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn
Patterson to tentatively approve the below budget requests for FY22/22.
Vote: 7-0 Motion: Passed
4. Board of Selectmen Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the
Board of Selectmen budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of $205,313.

5. Registrar of Voters Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Petchark to approve the
Registrar of Voters budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of $74,508.

6. Assessor Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the
Assessor budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of $291,847.

Board of Assessment Appeals Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the
Board of Assessment Appeals budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of
$1,620.
Vote: 7-0 Motion: Passed
Tax Collector Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the Tax
Collector budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of $211,907.
Vote: 7-0 Motion: Passed
Town Clerk Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the
Town Clerk budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of $269,750.
Vote: 7-0 Motion: Passed
Representative Town Meeting Budget:
Motion by Kevin Petchark and seconded by Glenn Patterson to approve the
Representative Town Meeting budget request for FY21/22 in the total amount of
$18,903.

Review Projected Revenue:
Motion by John Sheehan and seconded by Glenn Patterson to remove the
Projected Revenue from the table.
