A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 7:20 pm,
March 11, 2020.

Standing Motion: was made by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin
Petchark to tentatively approve the below budget requests for FY20/21.

Board of Selectman Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Board of Selectman budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $201,320.
Vote: 6-0 Motion: Passed
Registrar of Voters Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Registrar of Voters budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $74,279

Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Assessor budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $283,613.

Board of Assessment Appeals Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Board of Assessment Appeals budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of
$1,588.
Vote: 6-0 Motion: Passed
Tax Collector Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the Tax
Collector budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $206,156.

Town Clerk Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Town Clerk budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $267,309.

Representative Town Meeting Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Representative Town Meeting budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of
$19,453.

Human Resources Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Human Resources budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $266,233.

Finance Department Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Finance Department budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of
$701,270.
Vote: 6-0 Motion: Passed
Legal Budget:
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Kevin Petchark to approve the
Legal budget request for FY20/21 in the total amount of $298,000.
Vote: 6-0 Motion: Passed
Review Projected Revenue:
While the projected revenue is up, we need to double check these figures.
Board of Education says it will receive $331,000 from the State of Connecticut;
however; that can change greatly. Recommendation from the Board of Finance
is to have all revenue numbers in order by the March 23” meeting for final
approval.
