Establishment of a quorum and call to order
A quorum was established and the meeting was called to order at 12:08 p.m.
Approval of the October 29, 2024 Meeting Minutes
VOTE: 3-0-0 Motion passed
Consider and act on distribution of funds for the Hammond Memorial
Maintenance Fund in accordance with the proposed expenditures.
Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Ed Murphy to approve the
distribution of $15,000 as requested.
VOTE: 4-0-0 Motion passed
Overall consideration and action on the management of the Fund.
VOTE: 4-0-0 Motion passed

Motion by Glenn Patterson and seconded by Ed Murphy to adjourn the meeting
at 12:13pm.
