Consideration and possible action on the RTM’s charge to the committee (RTC 6/7/21):
Review issues including performance, policies, and staffing and present their findings/recommendations
on any changes needed to enhance public safety, creating a steering document and strategic plan.
a. Remaining areas of discussion and additional information needed by the committee, including but
not limited to
¢ Call volume update from 2022
¢ Active volunteer participation and trends
e Vehicle rating update
e Policies needed based upon evolution of Fire Services
e General information updates—e.g., capital, staffing plans, communications, etc.
b. Discussion of format and content of report
e Review of Proposed TOC/Outline
