The Special Session was called to order at 7:12PM by Chair Betsy Ritter. . There were no members of the public present. The Commission was joined by Attorney Jeffrey Londregan. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all present. Members present were Betsy Ritter, Alan Messier, and Cathy Patterson. Alternates present were Paul Helvig and Sara Millari. The alternates were designated as full participants for the session. Motion was made at 7:20 by Paul Helvig, seconded by Sara Millari, to move to an Executive Session that would include Attorney Londregan. Unanimous. . The Executive Session was terminated at 9:18 upon a motion made by Alan Messier, seconded by Paul Helvig. Unanimous. There were no motions made in the Executive Session. . The Special Session was adjourned at 9:20 upon a motion made by Cathy Patterson, seconded by Sara Millari. Unanimous.
