Establishment of a quorum and call to order
A quorum was established and the meeting was called to order at 8:30 am.
Approval of the October 23, 2023 Meeting Minutes
VOTE: 5-0-0 Motion passed
Consider and act on distribution of funds for the Hammond Memorial
Maintenance Fund in accordance with the proposed expenditures,
Motion by Paul Goldstein and seconded by Tom Dembek to approve the
distribution of $15,000 as requested.
VOTE: 5-0-0 . Motion passed
Overall consideration and action on the management of the Fund.
The Committee supports the recommendation of the Town Treasurer to review
the investment options for the Hammond Memorial Fund.

Motion by Ed Murphy and seconded by Paul Goldstein to adjourn the meeting

our ending balance on 6/30/2025 was $115,663.

Re: The Hammond Fund
Dear Mr, Brule:
lam writing to formally request a meeting with you and the Hammond Memorial Committee for a review of the
Hammond Fund for upkeep of the O'Neill's property, and a discussion of the proposed expenditures associated
with it. We respectfully request the Town's distribution of $15,000 from the fund to support this upkeep for the
coming year.
We are grateful for the continued support of the Hammond Memorial Committee and the Town of Waterford in
our efforts to maintain this beautiful property. As always, your championship of our endeavor to make the
O’Neill an arts destination for everyone in Waterford, and indeed across the country, means a great deal. If you
