1. CALL TO ORDER/APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
G. Russo, Acting Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. J. Greco was seated for E. Lusher and C.
Gonyo was seated for M. Buscetto.
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES — November 9, 2023 meeting
MOTION: Motion made by K. Mullen-Kohl, seconded by E. Aledia, to approve the minutes of the
November 9, 2023 meeting.
VOTE: 5-0
3. REVIEW OF DRAFT RFP FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
J. Mullen updated the Commission on the status of the RFP advertising. He stated that the RFP was submitted
to the Town’s Purchasing Agent who has forwarded it to the Town Attorney for review prior to posting.
