Establishment of a quorum and call to order:
A quorum was established and a call to order was established at 6:46 pm,
July 15, 2020.
To consider and act upon a vacancy created by the resignation of Kevin Reardon
until such vacancy can be filled at the next municipal election on November 2,
2021.
Brief information on Robert Tuneski: Robert has been a lifelong resident, all of
his children went to Waterford Public Schools, and he has been active in
coaching sports and the PTO. When this opportunity was proposed to him, he
felt he would like to give it a shot. Robert has also been employed at Electric
Boat for the last 40 years, he does have familiarity with budgets with the type of
work that he does at Electric Boat.
Bob has been endorsed by the Republican Town Committee as attested to by
April Carnes and Kathleen.
Motion by Mark Geer and seconded by Glenn Patterson to accept Robert
Tuneski to the Board of Finance
Vote: 6-0 Motion: Passed
Town Clerk, David Campo swore in new Board of Finance member Robert
Tuneski via Zoom.

Motion by Tali Maidelis and seconded by Mark Geer to adjourn the Meeting of
the Board of Finance at 6:50 p.m.
