CALL TO ORDER \ o MEETING MINUTES Waterford Conservation Commission April 24, 2025, 6:30 p.m. Auditorium, Waterford Town Hall The meeting was called to order by acting Chairman K. Kriet at 6:32 p.m. D. DeNoia was seated for R. Muckle. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Motion: Made by D. Lersch, seconded by D. DeNoia to approve the April 10, 2025 meeting minutes. Vote: 4-0-1 [W. Thomas abstaining] NEW APPLICATIONS No new applications were received. APPLICATION REVIEW No discussion. OTHER BUSINESS Town of Montville, Inland Wetlands Application Referral: Silver Falls Road — 4 Lot Resubdivision #25 IWC 7 The Commission reviewed the subdivision plan referred from the Town of Montville and preliminary comments prepared by staff regarding grading of the proposed future emergency access road extending into Waterford. The Commission noted that there has not been an application submitted for any development on the Pember Road parcel and the roadway would require formal review through the inland wetland and watercourse review process.
