Call to Order First Selectman Rob Brule called the meeting to order at 4:00pm. B. Pledge of Allegiance C. Public Comment D. Consider and act on the following budget requests: 1. Registrars MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Registrars budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $74,508.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 2. Library MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Library budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $999,475.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 3. Youth & Family Services MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Youth & Family Service budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $232,634.00, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 Discussion: Kerry Sullivan, Youth & Family Services Board Member, stated the budget being reviewed is less than the budget voted on by the YFS board and requested to be on record. 4. Senior Services MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Senior Services budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $491,489.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 5. Emergency Management MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Emergency Management budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $1,062,665.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 6. Police MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Police Department budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $6,421,688.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 7. Information Technology MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Information Technology budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $846,642.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 13.Public Health / Nursing - VNA MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Public Health/ Nursing budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $27,820.00, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 14.Conservation of Health — Ledge Light Health District MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to tentatively approve the Conservation of Health budget request for FY21/22 in the amount of $142,282.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 E. Police Department- To consider and act on a request from Brett Mahoney, Police Chief, for additional appropriations of $33,639.00 to be paid to Central Square Technology for their services rendered. MOTION made by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia to approve the additional appropriations in the amount of $33,639.00. VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 F. Department of Planning and Developing-Abby Y. Piersall, Planning Director, request to appropriate $50,000.00 in Designated Funds from FY21 Capital and Non-Recurring Expenditure Fund line 20511-57857 (Civic Triangle Upgrades) MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR: unanimous VOTE:3-0 Discussion: To be sent to the RTM G.
