Disposition of Town Property (Ordinance, Chapter 2.112.020):
4a. To Consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of Recreation & Parks for surplus disposal of
the assets below:

MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:

4b. To Consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Police Department for surplus disposal of
the assets below:

5. Planning and Zoning Department: To consider and act on the following

request for an Out of Series Transfer from the Planning Director, Abby Piersall
in the amount of $35,000 due to vacancy in the Building Official position.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Brule, VOTING IN FAVOR:

6. Finance Department Bid Award-23107B Civic Triangle Park Demolition: To
consider and act on a recommendation from Rawle Dummett, Purchasing
Agent, on behalf of the Planning Department to award the contract to Spectrum
Environmental LLC in the amount of $26,289.65. Funds will available in line
item 23507-55018.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
7, Emergency Services: To consider and act on a recommendation from the
Director of Emergency Management, Steve Sinagra for the Town of Waterford
to complete the application for the FY22 Emergency Management Performance
Grant (EMPG) and to authorize the First Selectman to sign on behalf of the
town, if approved, the Board of Selectmen would need a resolution from the
Town Clerk prior to submittal.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
8. Police Department: To consider and act on a recommendation from Chief of
Police, Marc Balestracci, to approve the Shoreline Traffic Accident
Reconstruction Team (START) Inter-local Agreement and forward on to the
RTM for approval.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
9. Appointments & Resignations:
9a. To consider and act on the appointment of Timothy Conderino to the
Planning & Zoning Commission for the term of 11/15/22-11/14/27.

with the Town of Waterford being today, acknowledgment of the work she.
has done and wishing her success on her new position. Mare Wujtewicz will
be interim-director to support the department.
