Demolition of house at 8 Goshen
I recommend using Gordian Group’s bid for the demolition of the house and garage at 8 Goshen.
I met at the site with officials from the Gordian Group to review the project. They have
submitted a price of $89,835.87 for the demolition of house and the garage, removing the
foundation and back filling the basement.
Public Works requests this award to be on the next available Board of Selectman agenda.
