In attendance: Rob Brule, Rich Muckle & Greg Attanasio

Pledge of Allegiance:
Public Works: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Davy,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Director of Public Works, Gary
Schneider, for surplus disposal of a 2001 Jeep Cherokee, VIN #
1H4FF48851L565909, Asset ID: 9204031666, Tag: A8 as it has outlived its
usefulness.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING-IN FAVOR: 3-0 PASSED

Public works: To consider and act upon awarding the demolition of 8 Goshen
Road contract to BMP Construction Inc., from the Director of Public Works,
Gary Schneider, for $89,835.87 in accordance with CRCOG contract ezIQC
GC SE. Funds available from line item #23507-52040 (ARPA and LoCIP)
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 2-1 PASSED

Police: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Davy, Purchasing
Agent, on behalf of the Chief of Police, Marc Balestracci, for surplus disposal
of a Casella Cel-254 Sound Meter and associated parts, Serial # 0916163as it

has outlived its usefulness.
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 3-0 PASSED
7, Police: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Davy, Purchasing
Agent, on behalf of the Chief of Police, Marc Balestracci, for surplus disposal
of a 2020 Ford Explorer, VIN # 1FM5K8AB5LGB85362, Car 24, Asset #
101893 as it will be transferred to another Town Department.

8. First Selectmen: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea Davy,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the First Selectman, Robert Brule, for surplus
disposal of a 2016 Ford Explorer, VIN # IFMSAKAR7GGB19608, Asset ID:
101381, Tag: A1 as it will be transferred to another Town Department.
