CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISH QUORUM:
Chairman Dimmock called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. A Quorum was established.
PUBLIC INPUT
No public input.
ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES: Acceptance of the October 13, 2020 meeting.
MOTION: made by Commissioner Gelinas and SECONDED by Commissioner Sheridan to accept
the meeting minutes of October 13, 2020. PASSED.
CORRESPONDENCE: No Correspondence
TRAFFIC COMMISSION REVIEW AND TRAFFIC REPORT FOR OCTOBER
Traffic Officer Spearrin reviewed the report with the Commission. Report was received.
A discussion ensued regarding the parking issues on and near Reed Avenue. Parking passes for this
area was discussed at the last meeting. Chief Mahoney asked the Traffic Commission to allow the
department to issue parking permits to this area as a test case to alleviate parking issues in this
congested area where some homes do not have driveways and must park on the street.
MOTION: made by Commissioner Sheridan, SECONDED by Commissioner Gelinas to allow for
parking passes to be issued to the residents of Reed Avenue and the surrounding streets. PASSED
CHIEF’S REPORT
a. Body Camera Delay — Chief Mahoney stated the body cameras have been ordered and the
department is awaiting their delivery. He also noted that 50% of the cost will be reimbursed
through a grant.
b. During the meeting Chief Mahoney received an email stating that the body cameras have been
shipped.

a. Retirement Commission
Chairman Dimmock stated that this appointment is made from December | thought 31 each
year. He asked that this be placed on the agenda for December and that a Commission member
will be appointment for the duration of one year.

EXECUTIVE SESSION — CHIEF OF POLICE SALARY
MOTION: made by Commissioner Gelinas and seconded by Commissioner Gamble to enter into
Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the Chief of Police salary at 5:57 p.m. PASSED
The Board came out of Executive Session at 6:30 p.m. There were no motions made or action taken
while in Executive Session.
MOTION: made by Commissioner Sheridan and SECONDED by Commissioner Gelinas to increase
the Chief of Police salary by 2.5% for 2019 and 2.5% for 2020 to correct an oversight of no increases
for the past two years. PASSED
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: made by Commissioner Gamble and SECONDED by Commissioner Gelinas to adjourn
che meeting at 6:32 p.m. Passed unanimously.
