1. Call to order. First Selectman Brule called the meeting to order at 5:01
pm.

3. Board of Education:
3a. BID AWARD: To consider and act on a request from Rawle Dummeit,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Board of Education, pursuant to
Section 3.08.040 of the Town Ordinances, to award Bid # 20-101 Quaker
Hill Elementary School Cameras to Utility Communications, Inc. in the
amount of $59,998.71. Funds available in Ll# 20560-57808 ~ Replace
DVR Security Camera and #20560-57823 IT Security DVR Cameras.
3b. BID AWARD: To consider and act on a request from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Board of Education, pursuant to
Section 3.08.040 of the Town Ordinances, to award Bid # 20-102
Promethean Interactive Boards and Installation to Pro AV Systems in
the amount of $155,287.12 Funds available in Li# 20560-57822 {T
Learning Boards End of Life
3c. BID AWARD: To consider and act on a request from Rawle Dummett,
Purchasing Agent, on behalf of the Board of Education, pursuant to
Section 3.08.040 of the Town Ordinances, to award Bid # 20-103 Acer
Chrome Boxes and Monitors to Consolidated Computing, Inc. in the
amount of $139,125. Funds available in Li¥# 20560-57827 -— IT Virtual
Desktop Main Processor.
