4. Registrar of Voters: To consider and act on the following request for an
additional appropriation, from the Registrar of Voters, Patti Waters & Bigi
Ebbin, in the amount of $10,964, due to primaries not being covered in the
budget, if approved to forward to the Board of Finance.
5. Fire Services: To consider and act on the following request for an In Series
Transfer from the Director of Fire Services, Michael Howley, in the amount
of $3,000, due to increased applicants for training.
6. Senior Services: To consider and act on the following request for an In
Series Transfer from the Human Services Administrator, Dani Gorman, in
the amount of $1,500, due to increased demand for services, resulting in
extended office hours past 4pm. 
7. Senior Services: To consider and act on the following request for an Out
of   Series Transfer from the Human Services Administrator, Dani Gorman,
in the amount of $1,350, due to increased demand for services, unplanned
senior van repair, and three additional staff certified as food handlers, if
approved to forward to the Board of Finance.

8. Appointments & Resignations:
9a. To consider and act on the appointment of John Jamroga as a member to
the Harbor Management Commission to fulfill the term of 02/18/22-2/17/25.
