PROCEDURE: The Board of Selectmen will hear budget request sig accOrdangg

The Board of Selectmen to consider and act on the following budgets and at the
appropriate time forward to the Board of Finance for its’ consideration of and
action on the FY 24 Budgets by budget total:
A. Call to Order- First Selectman Brule called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm.
B. Pledge of Allegiance
C. Public Comment~ None
D. Consider and act on the following budget requests:
First Selectman requested a standing motion to approve all budgets by the
total amount requested. Motion by Beth Sabilia and Seconded by Jody
Nazarchyk. Motion passed (3-0-0).
1. Human Resources
MOTION made to approve Human Resources request for FY24 in the
amount of $259,836. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
2. Legal
MOTION made to approve Legal budget request for FY24 in the amount of
$295,000. Unanimous. 3 — 0-0.

3. Ethics Commission
MOTION made to approve Ethics Commission budget request for FY24 in
the amount of $900. Unanimous. 3 ~ 0—0.
4. Assessor
MOTION made to approve Assessor budget request for FY24 in the amount
of $292,148. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
5. Board of Assessment Appeals
MOTION made to approve Board of Assessment Appeals budget request
for FY24 in the amount of $21,602. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
6. Conservation Commission
MOTION made to approve the Conservation Commission budget request
for FY24 in the amount of $18,250. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
7. Planning & Zoning
MOTION made to approve the Planning & Zoning budget request for FY24
in the amount of $661,210. Unanimous. 3-0-0,
8. Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA)
MOTION made to approve the Zoning Board of Appeals budget request for
FY24 in the amount of $4,310. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
9. Flood & Erosion
MOTION made to approve the Flood & Erosion budget request for FY24 in
the amount of $4,310. Unanimous. 3-0-0.

10. Economic Development Commission
MOTION made to approve the Economic Development Commission
budget request for FY24 in the amount of $27,847. Unanimous. 3-0-0.
11. Board of Selectman
MOTION made to approve the Board of Selectmen budget request for
FY24 in the amount of $207,605. Unanimous. 3-0-0.

H. Recess- motion was made by Sabilia and seconded by Nazarchyk to Recess
