Members Present: Robert Nye, Edward Pellegri, Joy Merrill,
Members Absent: Chairman - John O’Neill, William McNulty
Staff Present: Abby Piersall, AICP, Planning Director, Mark Wujtewicz, Planner
ITEM #1 CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Acting Chair Robert Nye called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.
ITEM #2 2021 MEETING SCHEDULE
The Board discussed the 2021 meeting schedule and noted the change to the meeting dates on
Tuesdays to coincide with the Planning and Zoning Commission change of their meeting dates to
Tuesdays.
MOTION: Motion made by J. Merrill, seconded by E. Pellegri, to approve the Design
Review Board 2021 Meeting schedule as written.
VOTE: 3-0
ITEM #3 APPROVAL OF THE October 19, 2020 SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
MOTION: Motion made by E. Pellegri, seconded by J. Merrill, to approve the
October 19, 2020 special meeting minutes.
VOTE: 3-0
ITEM #4 ADJOURNMENT
MOTION: Motion made by E. Pellegri, Seconded by J. Merrill, to adjourn the meeting
at 4:10 pm.
