The meeting was called to order at 6:04 pm, the following decisions were voted on by board members and approved.

Possible meeting dates for March 2024 were reserved as:
March 6" and 13" (5 pm — 8 pm) and March 9" (9am — 12pm) if needed
Possible meeting date for September 2024 were reserved as:
September 11" and 18" (6pm-9pm)
