3a. To consider and act on a request from Brett Mahoney, Chair, for an
appropriation in the amount of $ 25,000 from Capital and Non-Recurring
Expenditure Fund line item# 20547-57790 (Town Wide WiFi) for the final
phase of a three year project involving the Library and Police Station and
forward onto the Board of Finance as required.
3b. To consider and act on a request from Brett Mahoney, Chair, for an
appropriation in the amount of $ 21,200 from Capital and Non-Recurring
Expenditure Fund line item# 20547-57809 (Core Switches & Blades) for the
final phase of a two year project and forward onto the Board of Finance as
required.
4. Fire Services: BID Waiver and Acceptance - To consider and act
on a request from Bruce Miller, Director, on behalf of Goshen Fire
Company, to waive the bidding process for the Goshen Restroom
Renovations Project, and approve the use of State Contract pricing through
a cooperative purchasing program developed through the Capital Region
Council of Governments (CRCOG), awarding the project to BMP
Construction, Inc. of Danbury, CT.
