1. CALL TO ORDER AND APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
R. Muckle called the meeting to order at 6:31 p.m. J. Wainscott was seated for D. Lersch and I.
Plis was seated for G. Renegar.
2. APPROVAL of the November 18, 2021 MEETING MINUTES
Motion: Motion made by T. Maidelis, second by W. Thomas to approve the November 18,
2021 meeting minutes.
Vote: 5-0
3. APPLICATION REVIEW
No applications were discussed.
4, NEW APPLICATIONS
No new applications were received.
5. OTHER BUSINESS
Kathryn Court Bond Release request: Permit #C-15-12 — 20 Doyle Road
Staff reviewed with the Commission the request for bond release.
Motion: Motion made by W. Thomas, second by T. Maidelis to release the bond for C-15-12.
Vote: 5-0
Sea View Terrace Bond Release request: Permit #C-13-09 — 3"! Year stormwater basin monitoring report
Staff reviewed with the Commission the request for bond release.
Motion: Motion made by W. Thomas, second by T. Maidelis to release the bond for C-13-9.

Correspondence re: CT Institute for Resilience and Climate Adaptation (CIRCA) — Ten Steps to Municipal
Resilience
Staff shared the correspondence with the Commission.
