The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, April 22, 2020. The meeting was called to
order at 5:03pm.
Alll decisions were voted on by Board members Marilyn Lusher and Gregg Swanson. The following
decisions were made:
Cromarty, Sheri — 2013 Hyundai Genesis
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $5,600
Ali, Abid - 2013 Lexus ES 350 - Mohammad Rehman appeared on his nephew's behalf
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
De Chen, En — 2009 Honda CR-V
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
Rehman, Mohammad A. ~ 2014 Mercedes GL450
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
Nazarchyk, Justin — 2010 Chevrolet Silverado
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition. The appellant did not attend the
meeting.
Modi, Manish — Amazing Grapes LLC
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to accept his filing, reducing the assessment to $24,060

Cuomo, Richard — 75 Boston Post Road
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $1,267,150
Johnson, David & Sansone, Joseph C. — 4 Greentree Drive
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
Updike, Kelly & Spellacy P.C. — 8 River Street
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to deny the petition.
Gregg Swanson motioned for a change to the April 21 minutes, Marilyn Lusher seconded the motion.
The minutes for the April 21, 2020 meeting were accepted with the following amendment:
Rumph, Gary S. — 2 Windward Way
Decision: The Board voted unanimously to reduce the assessment to $362,840
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:41pm.
