Board Members Present: Marilyn Lusher, Chair; Jerry Porter, and Lee Couture

‘The Board of Assessment Appeals met on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. The meeting was called to order
at 5:05pm.
‘A motion was made by Jerry Porter and seconded by Lee Couture to approve the meeting minutes from
the March 12,2025. Allin favor, the motion passed.
‘A motion was made by Jerry Porter and seconded by Lee Couture to schedule the September Motor
Vehicle session for Wednesday September 10, 2025. The Saturday session previously discussed for
September 13, 2025 was cancelled due to anticipated lack of need.

Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Accept new declaration submitted by Appellant as
reviewed by Assessor.

Decision: The Board voted unanimously. No change in assessment

Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Accept declaration submitted by Appellant as reviewed
by Assessor.

Decision: The Board voted unanimously. Accept declaration submitted by Appellant as re
by Assessor.
