Members Present: First Selectman Robert Brule, Selectwoman Jody Sfazaréhyk
and Selectwoman Elizabeth Sabilia.

Call to Order & Roll Call: First Selectman Brule calied the meeting to
order at 5:00 pm

Pledge of Allegiance
First Selectman's Office: To Consider And Act Ona
recommendation from Frist Selectman, Rob Brule, to establish a
Waterford Town Center Development Ad-Hoc Committee.
Discussion: The following residents recommended to the Town
Center Development Ad-Hoc Committee in conjunction with Town
Employees to act in an advisory role to the hired consultant.
Jennifer Bracciale, Miriam Wagner, Melissa Chiappone, & Traci
Santos.
The Town Center Ad-Hoc Committee will work with the consultant
to have a preliminary meeting to answer questions and to provide
feedback, provide information to the Board of Selectmen, and
provide additional suggestions/ideas to the consultant.
The Town Center Development Ad-Hoc Committee will have
meeting dates posted, meeting agendas posted and meeting

minutes posted. All meetings will be open to the public.
MOTION by Nazarchyk, and seconded by Sabilia, VOTING IN FAVOR:
unanimous VOTE:3-0
4. Adjournment MOTION was made by Ms. Nazarchyk and seconded by Ms.
Sabilia to adjourn at 6:11 pm. VOTING IN FAVOR; unanimous, VOTE:3-0
