Planning Department: To consider and act on upon awarding the Mago Point Improvement Project contract to Suchocki & Son, Inc. from the Purchasing Agent, Shea Davy, on behalf of the Director of planning, Jonathan Mullen, for $629,816. Funds will be available from the following: Account #20511-57870 (Mago Point Improvements) Account #20502-48731 (Phase 1) Account #20502-48732 (Phase 2) Account #20502-48733 (Phase 3) MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 3-0 PASSED 5.
