In Attendance: First Selectman, Robert Brule; Selectman, Rich Muckle and
Selectman, Greg Attanasio

3. Utility Commission: To consider and act on a recommendation from Shea
Davy, Purchasing Agent, on behalf of J ill Stevens, Director of Utility
Commission, to award the bid to Advance Resources, LLC, in the amount of
$155,450. Funds will be available from line #33 123-55019 (Contract #1 Sewer
Interceptor Service Contracts and Repairs) and from line #2053 1-57894 (Cross
Country Sewer Main Access).
MOTION by Muckle, seconded by Attanasio, VOTING IN FAVOR: 3-0 PASSED
