The Commission recommended the driveway design be modified to provide a minimum 20 ft. wide set-back from the down-gradient wetlands, intersect Douglas Lane in a “T” configuration, provide a low berm along the down-gradient edge of the driveway to control erosion of driveway materials and the discharge of sediment into the down-gradient wetland and watercourse, and to extend the paved apron to elevation 122 or more to reduce erosion potential of the driveway materials into Douglas Lane. The Commission directed staff to have the applicant’s agent address these recommendations and review the design and location of the proposed leak-offs. 4, NEW APPLICATIONS None received. 5.
