Memorandum of Agreement regarding use of Federal Year 2000 State Homeland
Security Grant Funding and Custodial ownership of Regional Assets in DEMHS
Region 4 and authorize the First Selectman to execute and deliver all necessary
documents to the state of Connecticut Department of Emergency Services.
